1. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. To initiate a return for a defective item, please provide video evidence from the moment you open the package. Makeup stains are not considered defects. We thoroughly inspect each item before shipping and will not tolerate false claims.

3. Free Shipping Policy (Singapore)
Spend over $100 to qualify for free shipping within Singapore.
4. International Shipping Fees
A shipping fee applies to all overseas orders.
5. Shipping Timeline
We pack and consolidate orders weekly. Please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch.
6. Combining Orders
Each receipt is a final sale. We cannot combine items from different receipts. To purchase additional products, please place a new order.
